OPS (Orion Print Service) provides end-to-end management of your output environment enabling control of office printing across an entire organisation, productively and cost effectively.

Beyond cost savings we will also evaluate work practices with you and identify existing processes that can be improved, for example by automating manual document workflows or printing at the point of need through Mobile Print. This gives more time back to IT and enables all end users to become more productive in your business.

Upon implementation, we will manage the new infrastructure for you and jointly review and monitor for continuous improvements.

By aligning ourselves with the state of the art technologies in the market we as a partner would be able to provide automatic Meter Reading, Automatic Consumable Ordering and Automatic Service Calls. All these benefits are driven through Orion Services Manager (OSM).

What is OSM?

Quite simply, OSM is a Centralised device for supplies and incident management with service-level tracking. Which combining with Xerox Device Agent (XDA) and FM audit allows us to connect to your devices and constantly monitor their status and provide you with a truly proactive service.

What is XDA?

The Xerox Device Agent (XDA) enables us to monitor and assess output devices on your network and provides continuing asset management information. Xerox Device Agent is a Microsoft Windows® device management client that uses Microsoft® SQL Server® CE Edition to provide automated device meter, supplies, and status retrieval and submission to Xerox Services Manager and proactive alert monitoring for automatic incident creation and problem resolution. Xerox Services Manager is a web-based application that provides a single point of management for your enterprise’s output devices, supplies and service related incidents to help you manage costs and increase device and user productivity.

FM Audit

FM Audit provides a single point for data analysis and reporting by aggregating data thus reduce operational costs associated with generating and distributing reports.

With Pinnacle’s MPS offering we will provide a quarterly report that outlines useful operational information including device uptime, machine usage, asset locations and more.

After the purchase of a Printing Devices the actual hardware becomes less important, in fact it just does what it’s designed to do. What becomes more important is easy access to professional help and if required, prompt response times by qualified technicians.

The purchase of any device, the product automatically enables customers to be covered by Orion Print Management customer support program. As one of the key advantages we provide, we also have the support so our customers are not reliant on a third party servicing company, but dedicated factory trained technicians.

AUSTRALIAN BASED CALL CENTRE

Customers are entitled to utilize our dedicated helpdesk. Unlike many competitors our helpdesk is Australian based from our Sydney Service Centers and manned by fully trained technical staff.

We can help customers with; Driver Installation and many user queries or basic faults not requiring an onsite technician.

INSTALLATION AND USER TRAINING

Upon the purchase of a device from Orion Print Management, we install the printer onsite, connecting it to the user PC or network in conjunction with an IT manager. Test pages are printed onsite to ensure the connection and output is correct. Where applicable we also install Print Management Software to automate consumable ordering and provide remote monitoring.

In addition to the installation, we can provide basic printer training to demonstrate how key tools and utilities can be of benefit to the user. These include the printer driver, online web utility and consumable/paper maintenance.

ON-SITE SERVICE VISITS

Orion Print Management customers are supported with on-site response warranty with pro active response time of 4 hours. This ensures that you are not inconvenienced with returning a large printer to a servicing company, whilst significantly minimizing downtime which can be very costly to business.

NATIONWIDE SERVICE NETWORK

In addition to our MPS, Warranty and Helpdesk services, Orion Print Management offer nationwide support.
